Registration Update

For all animals registered before maturity, a registration update form is required to be submitted when the animal reaches maturity (typically at five (5) years of age).

Upon verification by the Registrar that the update information for the animal meets the registry requirements, a permanent Certificate of Registry will be issued following recording of the update information.

NOTE: The registry reserves the right, at any time, to require a certificate and/or affidavit from a licensed veterinarian certifying height, size, color and/or age of an animal for whom permanent registry is being sought.
